  Human body needs regeneration on regular basis to function properly. Our busy schedules, heavy workload, sedentary lifestyle and poor nutrition impact the quality of sleep.      It is essential to get enough amount of sleep to stay healthy and vital, look refreshed and think clearly. Insomnia may lead to the state of irritation, mood swings, problems with concentration, weight gain or even it can contribute to depression and anxiety.    Nonetheless, oversleeping is abnormal as well and associated with similar health problems to sleep deprivation. The happy medium is to sleep enough time according to your age and personal needs.
